Thank you John. I came from Whidbey Is with VAH-13 along with the Skipper Tony Nolta, Paul Stokes Bill Johnson and Chuck Bergren. As I was going through RVAH-3 I was transferred to the BGNAO school in Pensacola FL. I had been in VAH-13 since it was commissioned. I was a B/N.
Hi John Have been doing some searching on the internet and found quite a few RA on display. I found one that I worked on that is still around but its in Pueblo CO. My trip in Feb. is taking me to places where I know there are three. Key West-Pensacola-Memphis
Hi John thanks for the welcome. I served with RVAH-7 Aug 66 to Aug 68. Made a West Pac on Enterprise and Med on Indy. Found this site while looking to see if any RA5C's were on display anywhere. My nickname was obie. I was AMH-3 and worked in the check crew.
Hi John, I joined RVAH-3 for Training March 1970 and then to RVAH-5 to serve when they came back from their Wespac in 1970. I am looking for HC3 Scott Campbell and that is what drew me to RECCEENET as Scott was attached to NAS Albany and was my neighbor in town.
Thanks for the welcome John. I reported to VAH-7 in '62 and left RVAH-7 in '66. It's nice to be back among old friends. My last Vigilante experience was working on 156632 getting her ready for display at Sanford/Orlando International airport. Hopefully folks will stop and take a look at her if in the area.
Thanks John, I was an AMS attached to RVAH-5 from 1971 thru 1975. I worked airframes, then was transfered to corrosion control. Spent most of my time in that capacity.
