I left the Heavy community in August '69 at my EAOS. Reenlisted with no loss in grade in '73. Received orders to AIMD Jax but was "really" supposed to get orders to VA-174 at Cecil. Was at Cecil from '73 to '76 when 174 det Yuma became permanent. Was at Yuma until '77 then TX'd to VA-93. Carried NEC 8326/8327 until I retired in '90. After A-5's, all I ever worked on was A-7's and A-3's! Tailhooks all the way!!!

Didn't have much choice when CRAW-1 decommissioned. Left beautiful Key West FL in January 1980 and went to VA-72 at Cecil Field. Stayed at Cecil until 1997."
