Award-winning military-naval fiction writer retired Navy Chief Bob ("Nasty") Stockton (RVAH-3, RVAH-12) will be launching his ninth book, "Sea Stories" on Saturday, May 19th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the European Street Cafe', 5500 Beach Boulevard (just west of University Boulevard).
Two of the sixteen short stories have a direct link to the original Recon/Heavy Attack Wing home, NAS Sanford, Fla., "The World-Famous Jet Inn," and "Jack Morgenstern's Final Resting Place." Chief Stockton will be signing his new book at the 50th and final NAS Sanford/Reconnaissance and Heavy Attack Wing reunion June 21 - 24 at the Fleet Reserve Association home on State Road 46.

Hi Art. It's been a long time! RVAH-11 on Big John Med cruise and the "30 day" extension above the Arctic Circle. I also remember the offload crew and the little stop over for some liquid refreshment. Hope you are doing well.
