Hi Al, Its been a while since we communicated. Good to see you are still alive and active on the web. Have you heard anything from Roop Keefer. He lived up your way I think. I do not have any good addresses for him.
Al, it's a shame to be a shellback and not have the opportunity to cross the equator again. We didn't go to Australia that year. Fortunately, I was able to cross the equator on the next deployment with H-5 on the Connie. It's a lot better as a Shellback. I'm glad to hear you are doing well and I'm proud of you as a Vol. Fireman. Thank you for your service in the Navy and as a Fireman. I sent you a friend request on Face book, I hope you accept. I'd like to keep in touch. No I haven't been able to get in touch with Chip. I have tried several medias and no luck.
Hey Al, I remember you, Joe Weber, and another guy lived off base in Albany about the same time that Lagonegro, Cossey, and I did. Have you ever heard anything from Weber over the years?
Hi Al. All is well with me. I was glad to see you joined the group. I tied to get in touch with Chip but had no luck. My wife and I are living in Central Florida, not too far from Sanford. We are enjoying life. Thanks for asking. How is every thing with you?
"Ed,
We were 3 AT's living about a block away from you guys. Bobby McKee, Joe and I. The only people I've heard from over the years are Roop Keifer, Jack Winnett and Bud Steil and recently Fred Lauderbaugh."
"Hi Fred,
Its been a while, hope all is well by you. Have you ever heard from Mower? I have communicated with Roop Keifer, Jack Winett,Ed Cook and Bud Stile over the years."
