I'm Robert Vipond and I am writing to you concerned about discussions of Agent Orange exposure for Blue Water Vets. I served aboard the USS America on a West Pac 1969-1970 and I am trying to locate any sailors who have filed claims with the VA regarding medical issues related to Agent Orange.
