I was assigned hangar cleanup under Jam Rogan when I first arrived in Key West 1975. I spent 90 days, midnight to 8 am cleaning the heads and offices. Then I would head to Smathers beach for the morning. Loved the Keys.
Hi Mark - I do remember your name.......... and you look sorta familiar.... I worked in the FRAMP office with LCDR Jamroga for a while - I also worked in personnel (which is why I remember the names and not so many faces these days) - I was an Illustrator Draftsman and helped Smitty get the POD out most weeks. I was there from 78 - 79 & decommed with the squadron. And yes, it is getting harder and harder to remember. But I will never forget my time in Key West. Those were the days. Have a great rest of the week.
I remember you as well as a James Autenreath (sp), a George Kelly and a guy who I believe his first name was Henry? I'm sorry I can't help you with finding Dennis, I too lost track of everyone.
This is Pam Dodge (Ming)...I was in RVAH-3 in Key West from 1974-1977---but can't place you...I was a PN--worked under Chief Prince----Lt. Brown was the Legal Eagle and Cmdr Skelly was the Skipper....It's funny---I remember having a great time during those years but I can't seem to remember many names! thought I would touch base with you to see if you knew any of the people I knew....Bonita Duncan, Kerry Butts, Mary Brown, Charlie Pittsinger, Dane Gribbon.....to name a few?
I was in the Radio/Recon shop across the hanger from you...being an AT. I don't remember names very well, so I might have known some. I never got to go on guals....but remember when they went.
I graduated boot camp in Orlando in May 1974...Millington until Oct 75...then Boca Chica until late 76.............so you finally found someone.
I was married (okay one of my many mistakes) with 2 children so did't do much running around...what a waste that was. But I do love my children. I had to leave the Navy early, because my husband was making too much trouble for me there..

"I don't recall a single one of those names Pam, Sorry. I was in the Power Plants shop, hangar. Post a picture of yourself from back in the day if you can."
"Hey Cyndi, I was stationed at Key West from 75-79 in the Power Plants shop, ADJ3 RVAH 3. Not sure if our paths ever crossed. Becoming harder every day to remember names from the past."
"Auto was from Indiana, Kelly was from upstate New York and Watts was from Michigan. I was hoping this site would eventually find these guys but so far no luck. "
"Hello Jimmy, I was in the Mech Shop from 75 - 79. I was best friends with Dennis Watts. I sold Dennis my motorcycle right before I was discharged in 79. I lost contact with Dennis around 1981 do you know how to reach him? "
"Hello John, I see you were in the RVAH family. I too was a part of the RVAH family from 75 79. I live in Westerville, Ohio today and noticed that you are from Sunbury, Ohio. Small world."
"No I did not, but I have lived here for the past 30 years. Did we know each other in the Navy? Your name is familiar. I was in H3 for my entire tour ADJ- 75-79."
"Stick, everytime I click on the RVAH 3 members page i fail to see my name or profile listed there. I do not understand why this is. Who do I need to contact to get this sorted out?"
"Stick, my name is mark cochran and I served in RVAH 3 from 75-79. I signed up to be a member of this site but i do not see my name or profile listed in the members section. What's up?"
"I was stationed at NAS Key West from 9/75 to 5/79 and attached to RVAH3. I was an ADJ in the powerplant shop. I have been trying to get in touch with some of my old Navy pals but it appears they have not yet found this website."
