Thanks for welcoming me aboard! I am the CEO of the Castle Air Museum, located at 5050 Santa Fe Drive Atwater, CA. 95301. Our web address is: www.castleairmuseum.org. Once on our site click on "future projects" and you will see that the museum is rescuing an RA-5C Vigilante from a stark desert region on the eastern slopes of California's Sierra Nevada Mountains. The aircraft 156615 has been dismantled by museum volunteers and is ready to transport in the next few weeks back here to the museum for restoration. Would there be anyone from the RVAH community that would like to donate to this project to help defray the recovery and restoration of this aircraft? Please let me know. Thank you so much.
