Thanks for another great newsletter. I was assigned to NAS Sanford out of "A" school (only one in my class to get shore duty) then to RVAH-5 after "B" school. Just wondering, would it be possible for you to replace the green flight suit patch at the bottom of the newsletter with the REAL squadron logo attached. Thanks!
My name is Peter Odell (PH3) and was in RVAH-7 from 68-71. Made a WestPac on the Constellation and Med cruises on the Independence and the Forrestall. I believe I remember you.
Hi Bill They call me SiskaBob. I WAS IN Heavy Six 1966-1970. I met a guy who was in RVAH-7 He owns an Italian restraunt on garfield&17 mile road called Luciano,s Just wondering if you know him? I met him and he's a really great guy-really good food. I think he told me he worked in the engine shop. Good to talk to guys from Mich who were in the Heavy Squadrons! I live in Lenox Twp near New Haven. His full name is Luciano Gianino.

Hi Bill,
I worked nights all the time with Craig Roberts, Tom Kirven, Glenn Watson, John Woods, Bill Bare (and some that I do not remember).
I remember doing Shore Patrol duty in Barcelona, Spain...bringing drunken sailors back to the pier!
