Just to inform you of the death of Elmer Charles Tallman, Cdr. Ret. USN on Nov.. 6th 2011.
A beautiful service was held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Verona, N.Y. with his 3 sons and several grandchildren participating to honor their Father/Grandfather on Nov. 9th
He was a beloved man and will be sorely missed. His wife, Marion
