Charles Reynolds Beason

September 19, 1944 ~ July 28, 2023 (age 78)

Charles "Chuck" Reynolds Beason, 78, left this earth peacefully with his bride and children by his side to be with his savior Jesus Christ, Friday, July 28, 2023 .  Chuck was born in Baltimore Maryland to Henry and Nona Beason on September 19, 1944. He grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and came to Titusville Florida in 1972. Chuck served in the US Navy as an aircraft mechanic from 1962-1967 serving on the  USS Independence touring Cuba, USS Saratoga touring Mediterranean, and the USS Ranger serving in the Vietnam War.  After his service, he began his career with Florida Power and Light, retiring after 30 years of service.   Chuck had a passion for his country as well as all things that had an engine. Specifically all things FORD.  Chuch was an avid car collector and restorer specializing in Ford Falcons.  Charles has been a member of the Falcon Club of America since 1980 and served for 10 years as Vice President and 10 years as President.  Many of his car friends have referred to him as the Falcon Guy.   He also had a love for sports and was an avid New York Yankee and Clemson Tigers fan.  

Family was important to Chuck.  His love for his wife, children, grand and great-grandchildren was evident.    Carolyn and Chuck loved taking their grandchildren to car shows.   They have been able to go places and have experiences that will last a lifetime.  He is loved by many and will be missed by all.   

Chuck is survived by his wife of 60 years Carolyn Beason, his daughter Pam Hightower and her husband Kyle, and his son Charles “Jay” Beason and his wife Chelle, all of Titusville, his grandchildren Alex and Abby Hightower of Titusville, Charles Timothy Beason and Kellie of Indianapolis, IN, Katie Beason and Cody of Phoenix City, AL, Amanda  Napier and her husband Matthew of Tallahassee, FL, his great-grandchildren James Napier, Amyla Napier, Ryne Maverick Beason, and Charlotte Grace Beason, and his siblings Ann Beason Jackson of Spartanburg, SC and John H. Beason of Crouse, NC.

Services will be held at North Brevard Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 2nd 1:00 pm.   

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Grove Church.
