HATFIELD-- Lloyd (Dean), 66, passed away June 24, 1999 in Pensacola, FL. Preceded in death by: his parents, Omia and Eunice Hatfield and brother, Elmer K. Hatfield of Tulsa. Dean was a 1950 graduate of Will Rogers High School. He joined the Navy in 1951 and retired as Senior Chief Petty Officer. Survived by: wife, Shirley Wilkerson Hatfield of the home; sons, Alan Hatfield, Milton, FL and Steve Hatfield, Brady, TX; 2 granddaughters, Jennifer and Maggie Hatfield of San Diego, CA; brother, William R. and wife, Carolyn L. Hatfield of Jenks, OK; sister, Norma Jean and husband, D.E. Landers of Collinsville, OK; and many nieces and nephews. Burial Wednesday at Barrancus Military National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL. Lewis Funeral Home, Milton, FL officiating.
The Senior Chief's widow, Shirley, passed away in 2010.
